Resum

This paper only purpose is to cast attention on well known problems that societies have to deal with, in order to manage the tax system in the globalization era and some risks that the situation involves. It points out that tax investments are, in fact, a travel against globalization. After commenting how to deal with harsh tax saving strategies that globalization makes possible, proposes some conclusions.
