N2 - Although the necessity for attracting, retaining, and motivating talent is a very old challenge for all competitive organizations, only in the last decade has the theme been getting increased attention as a field of study. The objective of this paper is to introduce a new concept of "Talenting" in its multifaceted framework composed by 7H's: Hiring, Health, Happiness, Hygiene, Head, Heart and Hand. Very different from the traditional models of Talent Management, we are arguing that focusing on the process as proposed in our model can make a person a consistent high achiever over time.
