Resum

During the las decades, restorative justice has been developed rapidly as both a theoretical and practical perspective. Victim-offender mediation has been the starting point, the first and yet one of the most common forms of restorative justice in many countries worldwide. Restorative justice has further been evolved around the concept of mediation both in legislation and actual situation of many criminal justice systems.
