Resum
Public Administrations have gradually adapted their legal and operational regime to the possibilities offered by new technologies, to the point of converting public e-servi-ces into the "new" modality through which they develop their services and activities. However, in view of the state of the art, this transformation process has remained stagnant in the mere electronic procedure, without going further in the digitisation of their actions, in such a way that data is incorporated as the essential element of their activity. Thus, the objectives of this article are to analyse the legal regime of electronic public ser-vice in Spain, and to study how the process of digitisation of public actions could be carried out, with special reference to Big Data and Blockchain tools.
