Scaling creativity, using open innovation

Open Plenary Sesion by Ferran Adrià and Marcel Planellas about "Scaling Creativity using Open Innovation". In 2014, Ferran Adrià started the El Bulli Foundation, initially focusing on efforts for the elBulliLab, an interdisciplinary research center on creativity and innovation. Adrià has been recognized for his creativity, innovation, and new culinary concepts. At El Bulli, the menu changed completely each season, as if a new restaurant opened every year. Ferran Adrià established a business model highly focused on a collaborative methodology, particularly within the food and hospitality industry. He worked with large companies, world renown chefs, and industry professionals. This collaboration led to an exchange of creative and innovative ideas.
