title = "Reusing Antenna Boosters for IoT Wireless Devices with Different Form Factors",
abstract = "This paper highlights the importance of efficient antennas for IoT devices operating at the 863-928 MHz frequency band. It introduces antenna booster technology, which utilizes a small element called an antenna booster to excite radiation currents on the device's ground plane. The antenna booster proposed in the paper is compact (12 mm × 3 mm × 2.4 mm) and, with the addition of a matching network, simplifies the design of wireless devices. The analysis aims to identify a cluster of ground plane sizes where the same antenna system can be reused, simplifying the design process for IoT devices. The results indicate that a wide range of device sizes can utilize the same matching network and antenna booster, streamlining the design process without requiring adjustments to the antenna system.",
