Resum
When Amazon announced its acquisition of Whole Foods, many of those who had predicted the demise of brick-and-mortar stores were extremely
surprised. There is evidence to suggest that this transaction, apart from being a great success in stock market terms, was also wise from a business
point of view. Rather than identifying trends and best practices, we should get inspired by how OnOff people live, because the formula for success is
centred on the customers, ensuring they have the best experience.
