Resum
Socio-Educational Networks today involve the characteristic imbalance of their theoretical and practical growth. The paper focuses on setting an Educational Network proposal that enhances social capital at a community level. With this aim, we first present a theoretical review of the Educational Network concept at an organizational level, then an illustrative analysis of proposals for measuring social capital, and finally the theoretical intersection between the two concepts. As a result, we define a framework that describes principles and dimensions of Educational Networks which contains indicators of community social capital. This framework also attempts to be a table analysis for the future studyand evaluation of Educational Network experiences.
