Resum
Different perspectives on leadership are reviewed in order to arrive at an overarching interpretation. After exploring the meaning of leadership, seven misconceptions about leadership are discussed, followed by seven essentials of good leadership. Based on this review about leadership, readers are invited to examine and develop their own leadership and explore how to become a meaningful leader in a dynamic context.
