N2 - In the context of workplace coaching, organizations demand results in coaching processes, which is why they should be based on the connection between coachee ́s awareness and results. This connection requires a procedure that helps standardize processes so that executive coaches can facilitate this transition. This article describes a comprehensive coaching model, the “Proactive Consciousness Coaching Model” (PCC), which is based on the epistemological and practice linkage among four main constructs (the 4c’s): Consciousness, Commitment, Change and Consolidation. All four are connecting elements of sustained change in coaching results, and therefore provide specific implications for practice. To introduce the PCC Model, a review of different epistemological approaches is carried out to establish the foundations that support its design, with a holistic and integrative orientation based on the process and its impact. The result is a map based on research that helps the coach in the transition and facilitation of the discoveries that the coachee makes during the coaching process. In addition, the Proactive Consciousness Model establishes a connection between tools and competencies as an applied vehicle to instrumentalize the practice of coaching in a sustained manner at the workplace and beyond it.
