Resum
This paper analyzes the employee's remuneration statement and, specifically, its functions and its employer delivery. This delivery, as established in article 29.1 of the Spanish Workers' Statute and the Spanish Ministerial Order of December 27th, 1994, has led to many legal disputes, highlighting the possible legal admissibility of its telematic delivery. Despite the fact that Spanish labour courts have moved from a complete rejection of this mode of delivery to its weak conditioned admission, new legal dimensions may eventually be taken into account thus entailing an increase in its admissibility requirements.
