Resum

This article analyzes the characteristics of non-formal adult teaching in the context of the activities of creative writing offered by public libraries based on my professional experience as a teacher in creative writing workshops with adult people and my research work. The article contains a reflection on the attitude of the adult student to specific texts, the importance of writing for neuro-education and the current role of continuous learning. There is a proposal with popular Spanish tales as the creative material to foster high-quality teaching experiences with adults.
