Resum
This work analyses the especial Roman law¿s protection offered to minors and teenagers practicing any general business or trade, and especially dealing with money loans. In this sense, the work starts with a general exposition about the principles of the Lex Laetoria de circumscriptione adulescentium (s. II aC.) and of the Senatusconsultum Macedonianum (s.I dC.), as two apparent roman hits of this protection, and we reach to the current situation, where you can find as main highlight of the present regulation dealing/focussed on minors, consumers and users, both in the national and regional level. Of the previous the analysis we can conclude, generally speaking, that there is a bigger protection regarding minors and teenagers in the roman commercial traffic, which goes hand in hand with an important part of the doctrine that, nowadays, continues insisting on the existence of some gaps in the actual regulation that protects minors and teenagers, especially thus in relation to the activities of consumption.
