La competència al mercat de generació elèctrica és millorable

This post focused on the electricity generation market in Spain. It argues that the liberalization market process, pushed from European Union Law since the 1990s, requires, as a necessary condition, competition between operators to consider that has achieved its goals. Unfortunately, the Spanish electricity generation market competition is far from enough. The author reviews some potential regulatory and structural changes to complete it.
