Nowadays, smartphones have become part of our bodies and, as a result, customers have turned into a store themselves. The key to respond to this phenomenon involves being able to create customer non-conscious habits, through high customization, reducing conscious efforts, and offering inspiring and relevant content. By doing so customers, may put this app on the first screen of their smartphones.
