El Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya y el control de la Administración Local catalana. Quejas de los ciudadanos en relación a las actuaciones de los entes locales durante 1995, con especial referencia a los ámbitos del medio ambiente y tributario

The contribution analyzes the "Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya" activities on the Local Administration. Carried out from complaints lodged in year 1995, especially focusing on those areas which recorded one higher number: tax and environment. From aggregated statistical data, illustrated with examples of specific cases, it concludes with the similarities and differences observed between local and regional administration. Particularly in order to the degree of conflict, collaboration with the "Ombudsman" and responsiveness to its considerations.
