Resum
The In-Home Clinical Intervention Team is a mental health care project for adolescents with high psychopathological risk and high risk of social exclusion, who have difficulties to engage with ordinary mental health care services. The ECID project is based on the AMBIT model and was launched in 2017, with the Badalona ECID of the Fundación Vidal y Barraquer, which was the first in-home care team specialized in high-risk adolescents that became part of the national health care services in our country. This paper summarizes some of the proposals that help organize the work of the professionals in these teams.
