Resum
There is no such thing as a homogenous and unitary Organizational Theory. Organizational Theory is extremely receptive to embedding theoretical-practical contributions of any discipline that has a logos on the natural of contemporary organizations. The aim of this paper is to introduce the Organizational Theory and to draw a brief genealogy of the Cultural Turn that reaches to our days. This exposition will be made from the main contributions that sought, from a humanistic and sociological position, to relocate the importance of agents within these large social structures called organizations.
