title = "Could managers consider waiting times as something positive?",
abstract = "Normally managers consider waiting times as something negative they must minimize or delete. The objective of this paper is to explore how managers perceive waiting times and in which sense the wait can be considered as something positive. This qualitative paper seeks to demonstrate that waiting times can be considered not only as a problem, but requires an analysis from other perspectives. Six in-depth interviews were carried out in order to explore manager{\textquoteright}s perception of waiting times in tourism and leisure contexts.",
