N2 - Despite the widespread consensus on the importance of equal treatment, discrimination persists in the workplace, affecting numerous individuals. This research delves into the perceptions of discrimination among company owners in Georgia, Slovakia, and Spain. The study intends to shed light on the prevalence and forms of discrimination within these contexts. This investigation contributes to the ongoing discourse surrounding workplace equality and diversity, offering insights that could inform future policies and practices, fostering inclusive work environments. Respondents from Slovakia (n = 36) reported higher instances of discrimination against sexual orientation, while in Spain (n = 95), gender-based discrimination was more frequently acknowledged. In Georgia (n = 43), age and medical condition were the main reasons for discrimination. These findings suggest a complex interplay of cultural, legal, and economic factors influencing workplace discrimination.
