Resum
In this paper a new Packet Data Scheduler based on the input buffer status with prioritization function is proposed. The resource allocation problem is divided in to two phases; the minimum requirements satisfaction, and the spectral efficiency maximization phases. For each phase, different prioritization functions are considered. The performance of proposed scheme is evaluated via computer simulation, by the packet delay statistics obtained for different scenarios compared with the well known proportional fair function (PFS) and the priority function schedulers (PRF)1.
