Resum
A successful manager in the Boston Symphony Orchestra has an offer to be the general manager of a public music center in Barcelona, and she analyzes the strategy and results achieved by the two previous general managers. The case allows to compare the meaning of market orientation, arts marketing, social marketing and personal values, both in a private and in a public institution.
