Análisis transcultural del liderazgo organizacional. El proyecto Globe

The aims of this article is to analyse the organizational leadership from a transcultural perspective trough GLOBE proyecte.Paper checks the importance of this ambitious and and trasncendente project that agglutinates more than 160 investigators of 62 countries who represent different cultures of the whole world, giving special attention to the last results. social practices and values, as well as the attributes of the leaders, are analysed in different countries and cultural clusters; determining those that turn out be universal, or specific of particular cultures.
