Resum

Aflatoxins and ochratoxin A are the most studied mycotoxins due to its high toxicity and wide distribution. This paper describes a method for the simultaneous analysis of aflatoxins B₁, B₂, G₁, G₂ and ochratoxin A in compost by HPLC-MS. Mycotoxins were extracted with a mixture of MeOH and H₂O and then it was purified by solid-phase clean-up cartridges. Toxins were analyzed by HPLC on an XTerra column (2.1×100mm, 3.5mm) in 18 minutes. This paper demonstrates that this toxins were not detected in the samples at a concentration level of 0,2mg/kg.
