Resum
In this study we present a suitable tool for analysing the Corporate Social Responsability in a testable and transparent way. Specifically, we display a model that allows us to identify those indicators that anyone has to take into account when analysing the stakeholder "clients and consumers". This stakeholder is particularly important because its satisfaction is at the root of the justification for the existence of the company. In applying this model to the large chemical industry based in Spain we obtain interesting results concerning to their behavior with stakeholder "clients and consumers".
