A new chance for management. A new challenge for spirituality

Management is a challenge for spirituality: the connection is not automatic, it needs effort and vigilance. Management practices will generate feed back with an impact on our own vision of life, humanity and, of course, spirituality. Management will benefit from an approach that does not merely consider spirituality as a potential "addition" to management. The opportunity should be seized to attain a more precise, richer conception of management. This is why we speak of an "opportunity" for management.
