Detalls del projecte

Description

The main aim of the whole project is the comparison of the immunogenic and therapeutic potential between a local vs a systemic mRNA vaccine for the treatment of metastatic melanoma. Specifically, in this call, we aim to design two different devices for the local delivery, a hollow microneedle and a polysaccharide hydrogel. Thus, the specific aims of the project are:
1) Design a polysaccharide hydrogel, embedded with antigenic mRNA-loaded pBAE nanoparticles.
2) Design of a PLGA hollow microneedle, loaded with antigenic mRNA-loaded pBAE nanoparticles.
3) In vitro confirmation of the safety and immunogenicity of both delivery systems.
